Returns are allowable on our standard products with a 20% restock fee. Non-Stock and Special Orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once the order goes into production. Returns – are allowed on standard products only - requests for returns must be made within 12 months of the date of order and must be current design, in original packaging, and be in resaleable condition. Requests must be made in writing and reference original purchase order number.

For customer convenience, we do sell standard products in non-standard packaged quantities but only accept returns in standard packaged quantities. Specially made or discontinued parts cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for 20% restocking charge and freight back to factory. Return must meet $50 minimum.
